Orders are dispatched within 5 business days from ordering. We anticipate and allow delivery times between 2-6 business days from dispatch. Please allow extra time around major public holidays and to remote areas
Items are either shipped with Australia Post, Main Freight couriers or Toll couriers. Where possible a tracking number is issued to you upon dispatch.
Please allow reasonable time to your location around Australia.
If your item arrived damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately for another to be dispatched. We welcome photos if needed.
Returns are accepted. All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original packaging. Notification of returns must be with in 7 days via written email. email@example.com Please email us with the product, date ordered and information regarding your return.
If an item is faulty – A replacement item or a full refund will be issued. All SWIFT products have a 12 month warranty.
Damaged in transit – We would prefer you to refuse delivery with the driver and contact us immediately for another item to be dispatched. Photos are welcomed. Notification in writing within 2 business days.
Change of mind – We accept change of mind with buyer to pay the return shipping. Notification in writing within 2 business days.
When returning goods, the customer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods. They are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back at our warehouse. A return delivery address will be provided when you notify us of your returning item. Please remember to obtain proof of posting/delivery from your local post office or courier service. To assist in a speedy refund we ask you to email the tracking details so we can track them back to our warehouse. All credit will be paid out on arrival.
